Last year, my final year students wrote an assignment on space food, which is one of the topics I like the most. While taking them through the latest findings and innovations for space food I couldn’t help but think about I wanted to be an astronaut when I was a kid but turned into a Gastronaut instead!

This is how the Gastronaut t-shirt was born. Maybe not everyone can call themselves a ‘Food Scientist’ but for sure all of those who stop by here, are Gastronauts!
